There is no company that owns Mozilla. Mozilla is an independent company. However, Firefox 16 started using Yahoo as the default search engine. Yahoo could purchase Mozilla at one point, but this is just a rumor.

I think your question is wrong ...but if you want to set Mozilla Firefox as your default browser you need to go to Google .com and simply write on the search bar "free Mozilla Firefox download".
Firefox is a web browser. Web browsers display pages from web sites on the Internet. You can display pages from web sites directly by typing the web site name, or indirectly by searching for them using key words. A search engine is a special form of web site that allows you to find other web sites - it acts on the key words you are searching for. The web page being displayed in Firefox appears in the left-side white box towards the top of the screen. The box to enter search words is the white box to the right of the web page name box. By default, Firefox will send search words to Google, the most popular search engine. You can change the search engine that Firefox will send search words to by clicking on the small down arrow at the left of the search words box. You can then select other engines such as Bing, the Microsoft search engine. When a search engine responds to your search request, it displays a page of results that match the search words. You click on a result to visit the web site the result represents.
Go on mozilla firefox and search a picture of lymphocyte. As simple as that.
By user donations and mostly by the money that Google pays to Mozilla every time you use the search function of Firefox.
Internet explorer has a search engine built into it but it is not considered a search engine. It is a web browser that opens the web so you can choose a search engine.
You typically change your search engine from your browser. For instance, in Google Chrome click the spanner and select Settings. In the Search category, select your preferred engine. In Mozilla Firefox, click the search engine drop-down arrow and select an engine. In Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options, General, Search, click Settings and select an engine.
I ended up with Yahoo instead of Mozilla Firefox because I was looking for a search engine that offered a comprehensive suite of services, and Yahoo provided that with its integrated news, email, and finance features. Additionally, I found Yahoo's interface to be user-friendly and visually appealing, making it my preferred choice for online searches. While Firefox is a great browser, my focus was more on the search experience itself.
google Firefox Mozilla 4; Chrome.
