To move the task bar to the right hand side of the screen, simply take your mouse cursor, left click on the mouse button and hold, and drag the task bar to the right hand side: it will adjust accordingly. Now the task bar is on the right hand side of the screen, and it can also still be minimized using the above steps.Right. Depending on which OS you are using, but generically, right click and ensure the task bar is unlocked, then hold down the left button on the mouse and drag the task bar to where you want it.

Right click it, click lock task bar, once its unlocked you can move it.

As of Windows XP, it is no longer called the System Tray. Instead, it is referred to as the "Notification Area." It is located in the same place it has always been - when the task bar is in its default location, it is on the right side of the task bar, immediately to the left of the clock.

If you are using Windows XP then right click on task bar, then unlock the task bar and drag it from one place. If you are using Linux then right click on panel and go to properties there go to general and change the oriantation
you right click on the toolbar at the bottom or left,right side of the screen, then click properties, then auto hide task bar. it will hide the task bar.
