Right click on the axis you want to change the scale for. In other words, put the mouse pointer over the axis on the chart and click on the right mouse button. Then click Format Axis on the menu that comes up. A new dialog box will appear with a number of tabs on it. One of those is for Scale. In that one you can make the changes you want.
