Yes. You should have a clear understanding of the expectations and end goals. Stategies should be well thought out, written down, and planned out for the expected and unexpected. You should be able to come up with solutions and answers to handle difficult situations and be able to put them to use. Yes. If you want the job. But, you can mitgate that by saying that you work better when you can plan ahead. What they want to know is when things need to get done NOW can you handle that, or will you let them down? You should talk about your problems with someone you trust.
