Not easy, you gotta try it a lot of times in a row. The way I did was first wheel, then bottom left square and then the bottom middle blue jumping square (all in a row). Keep on trying this, there will be a time that your star will fall either on the top of a square in the platform or bounce on it and go the right, placing your star on the platform.
