It depends how the bonus will be allocated - is it a fix amount, is it a percentage of their weekly/monthly salary
Assuming its a % of weekly salary
In cell a1 place the salary for the employee i.e. 250
In cell b1 place =C1*A1
In cell c1 - format it to Percentage using CTRL +1 or through the menu FORMAT
once done add in 25 in to the c1 cell
The figure in B1 will be 25% of whats in a1 - change c1 to change the allocated percentage of bonus.
Change cell a1 for the salary amount.
If you want to have a final total of wage plus bonus then in cell D1 place
=A1+b1
