Change the pixel dimensions by cropping or resizing, or change the number of colors, or quality settings, or use a different file format. The best way is if you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, use the "save for web" option. It gives you full control over all these options in one easy to use window. Find it next to the save option in the file menu. It will tell you the current file size of the options you choose before you save, and show you what the image will look like so you can reduce size as far as possible without making the quality too bad.
If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager you can copy and paste the picture to that , click on picture then re size, then you can change it to your desired size.
In Photoshop go to Image > Image Size.
In RAM it occupies 1500x1000x3 bytes (8bit = 1 byte). The final file size depends on the format in which it is saved on the disk.
5tera byte
32 byte
If referring to byte size, there is no such thing. "Gigabyte" is the closest to this spelling and is 1,024 megabytes.
No, you cannot use the arrow keys to change the size of a picture directly. Instead, you typically need to click and drag the corners or edges of the picture to resize it. Some software may allow you to adjust size with specific keyboard shortcuts, but arrow keys alone won't modify the image dimensions.

Byte
A bit size is one. It can be either a 0 or 1. Eight bits together is called a byte. Four bits (half of a byte) is called a nibble.

A byte is a very small amount of computer data. A 1000 bytes or a kilobyte is about the size of a thumbnailed picture. Another answer: A byte is combination of 8 bits. A bit can be either 0 or 1. This combination of 8 bits of either 0 or 1 make up the lowest form of all letters, characters. and numbers store in a computer. BTW, in some cases the byte can be broken up in to two 4 bit parts called a "nibble".
