If there isn't a source DTV button on your Technica TV, you can typically switch to digital by pressing the "Input" or "Source" button on the remote control or the TV itself. Look for options labeled "TV," "Digital," or "Antenna" to access digital channels. If your remote lacks these buttons, consult the TV's user manual for specific instructions or check the settings menu for source selection.
To change channels on an Artec digital to analog converter without a remote, use the buttons on the front panel of the device. Typically, there will be a channel up and channel down button that allows you to cycle through the available channels. If there is a menu button, you can access the channel list and select the desired channel using the navigation buttons. If your converter has a dial, you can also turn it to change channels.
You click on the buttons beside the middle button. Click both of them at the same time and the buttons will show you how to change time, dates and your birthday.

If it's the one like I have, there are 4 buttons on the outer portion of the face. The bottom Right button controls the digital time. Compress and hold, the seconds feature should blink...press the top right button to change time. You can fast forward the setting if you hold down that top right button. To get to minutes, hour, day and month just keep pressing the bottom right button, and alternately press the top right button to change the quantity of seconds, minutes, hours, etc. Hope this helps. I was looking for an answer to this and just figured it out myself. :)
