Click Start > Control Panel > Region and Language. In the pop-up box - click the down arrow next to the current language (under the word Format). Choose your new language from the list. Click Apply then OK - and you're all done.

There are just a few steps to take to change the language of Windows XP. Go to the Start menu at the bottom of the screen and select Control Panel.
