Finally, the screen resolution will change and you will be given 15 seconds to decide if you still want that screen resolution. If by 15 seconds, you have not made a decision, the screen resolution will be reverted to what it was like before.

There isn't a fullscreen button. F11 will make your browser full screen without the toolbar or any buttons. If it's for a movie, there should be a full screen button somewhere in WMP, or double clicking might work.
