right click your desktop (your computer screen) and click properties then click settings. you will see two blue rectangles that say screen 1 and screen 2. somehow you probably changed one of those screens.
choice 1: if you only use one computer screen, click computer screen number 1 and change the screen resolution until it fits your screen perfectly (don't forget to click the "ok" button after making your changes).
