The best way is by getting her more company. Rats are social creatures. Spending some time with her, petting her, and feeding her special treats (e.g. peanut butter) will help - but not as much as another rat. Consider buying another rat of the same age and weight for a friend. Make sure it's a girl though (unless you want lots of rats), and consider introducing her to the new rat at the same time you move them both to a new cage - so neither one feels territorial. Introduce them slowly (consider having a barrier between them at first until they get used to each other).
