When reporting data or to get a better idea of what direction your company is heading, a graph is the easiest way to get a quick understanding of the data in front of you. Create a graph onto your Excel spreadsheet using three data sources, the date, total amount due, and total amount due greater than 60 days.

.Has an x-axis and a y-axisShows how a variable changes in relation to another variableShows the independent variable on the x-axis
The * and ? and ~ are the three wildcard symbols in Excel.
It could either be a graph with 3 horizontal axes; or a graph with one horizontal axis and two vertical ones. This would be for situations where you wish to plot several dependent variables against the same independent one, but the units or scale of the independent variables do not allow you to use the same axis. For example, you may wish to plot the rate of inflation (%) and numbers unemployed (millions) in an economy against the same independent variable, time; or it could be a three dimensional graph. And, by that is meant a genuine 3-d graph with 3 interacting variables rather than a graph that has been given a spurious (and sometimes misleading) third dimension.
Line Graph.... Bar Graph... And some Scattered Dot Graph thing...........
pictograph, bar graph, and a line graph
There are three fundamental types of graphs used in science. These are the bar graph, line graph and the pie graph.
There's in Math: •BAR GRAPH •LINE GRAPH •PICTURE GRAPH There's in Biotech: •BAR GRAPH •LINE GRAPH •PICTURE GRAPH •PIE GRAPH There's in science: • BAR GRAPH •LINE GRAPH •PIE GRAPH
The three kinds of graph is bar graph, line graph, and pie graph. bar graph is used to compare two or more things. A line graph is used to show changes over time. A pie graph is used to show proportions.
There are many signs used in Excel. Three of them are the plus sign (+), the minus sign (-) and the multiplication sign (*).
I like a pie or bar graph if in color; but if you have to produce it in B&W then I like the bar graph, but I recommend shading or textures that are significantly different, if choosing from Word or Excel choose a texture that is at least three choices apart or the textures will be hard to differentiate. Good Luck. Douglas
