Since VLAN's cannot communicate with other VLAN's directly, I believe you would have to set up a router to do that. I would check out how to set up a bridge between two VLAN's.
The distinct type of VLAN used by an administrator to access and configure a switch is called the "Management VLAN." This VLAN is specifically designated for management traffic, allowing administrators to connect to the switch for configuration purposes. Typically, it is assigned a specific VLAN ID and is separate from user data traffic to enhance security and manageability.
The idea of configuring a switch port as a trunk port is to allow the switch to receive and send data from several VLANs on a single port. Otherwise, a separate port would be required for every VLAN, if, for example, you want to connect two switches among themselves. The idea of configuring a switch port as a trunk port is to allow the switch to receive and send data from several VLANs on a single port. Banks will benefit more from VLAN rather than LAN. VLAN allows to split your network in logical pieces, such as, accounting, credit department, fraud department etc. Also if configured properly people registered in certain VLAN can connect to it from different places in the building and do not have to be in the same room.
Two computers

The name given to a VLAN on an IEEE 802.1Q trunk whose frames are not tagged is the "native VLAN." The native VLAN is used for untagged traffic on a trunk link, allowing devices that do not support VLAN tagging to communicate over the trunk. By default, VLAN 1 is designated as the native VLAN, but this can be changed to another VLAN as needed.
