You need to connect either to iTunes on your authorised computer and ensure the movies box is checked and your movies will be synced or you can do it now via the iCloud (same method) ensure the option is checked so iCloud knows what to sync. When syncing with the iCloud, remember that the movies will then appear and be available on all your iDevices.
