You can import directly from Outlook for Windows to Outlook for Mac (See links below) or export from Outlook in LDIF format and then import the LDIF file into the Address Book that comes with the Mac.
You have to export the Outlook contacts for use. You can export to make a file and then import that file on other outlook.
I had the same problem, but I just resolved it! Here is how I did it: 1- Create a personal folder, I assume you know how to create a personal folder (if you already have one, you may choose to close it, or you can keep it). 2- Open Outlook and click on contacts folder, right click on the folder and copy contacts, select personal as destination to copy folder. Now you have copied the contacts folder to your personal folder. You need to copy the personal folder to a CD, flash drive, or any other portable storage device. Note: you need to close outlook to copy your personal folder. 4 - Go to the destination computer where you want to copy contacts to and copy the personal folder to a location in your local drive. 5 - Open outlook and add the personal folder (you may close your existing personal folder) 6 - Once the personal folder is there, click on contacts, you should be able to see "personal folder contacts" along the outlook contacts. You are done!, you can play with the contacts the way you want.
if your palm smartphone can sync to outlook then you shouldn't have a problem or you can download a contacts application which lets you copy your contacts to sim then u can copy from your sim back to your windows mobile smart phone
You must follow the steps below in order to export your contacts from Outlook Web Access: 1.Open the account and locate your contacts folder. Click and drag your cursor, selecting all of the contacts you want to export. 2.Locate and click the edit tab on the top menu bar and select copy to copy all the contacts onto your clipboard. 3.In word processing, open a text file, such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. Your contacts are now ready to be imported to Gmail.
You can send vcards via Bluetooth, copy the numbers via a sim card reader to your computer, then onto your contacts, via ms outlook or import via syncing in iTunes and ensure you import your address book.
There is currently no feature to export your contact list from Outlook Web App to your computer, but there is a way to do it. You would first have to compose a new email and then click all contacts, afterwards copy and paste the whole contact onto a word document.
