1) First have at least two apps that you want to categorize
2) tap and hold on one of the apps (this will cause the apps to jiggle and a little x to appear in the right hand corner)
3) drag one of the two apps that you want to categorize on top the other app that you want int e same category.
4) This will create a folder and from here you can edit the name of your folder (apple usually gives a suggested title based on the type of apps you put together.
5) To finalize this process jsut click the home button.

2) When the app starts jiggling drag in into the already created folder
3) hit the home button
