2) right click on the icon
3) pick firewall > firewall disabled

1) look down to the lower right corner of the screen you can see your anti virus's icon
2) right click the icon
3) pick anti virus scan > OFF
NOTICE : this doesn't work with all the anti virus if you can find the anti virus scan off then use Way 2

1) look to your keyboard
2) click and hold control key ( ctrl ) and the alt key ( ctrl + alt )
3) click delete ( while holding the ctrl + alt )
4) a window will pop up
5) pick processes
6) click the button "A" and after it quickly click " V " in your keyboard ( that if you use AVG )
if you don't have avg then click the 2 first letters of your anti virus name
now you can see that there is a higlight over your anti virus name
7) click End Process
8) click Ok
your anti virus and firewall are shut down :)
In my opinion AVG Antivirus, i am not sure if they free version comes with the firewall or not, but either way its is a great antivirus and firewall combination.
