You can remove unwanted file names from the "Recent Documents" list in Microsoft Excel 2007. Here are the steps:
Book1.xls is the default name for a new document in Excel.
You click on the document or ebooks or whatever it is. You will see an arrow appear in front of the document name. Click on it, and it will give you the option to delete it :)
You may be referring to functions, of which Excel has many types of.
Right click on the worksheet name (usually Sheet1, Sheet2 unless you have renamed it), Select Delete, and confirm delete.
Try looking at SEARCH or INDEX in the help file.
Object linking or embedding or OLE.
Yes. It may delete from your friends list, but if you make the same charactor with the same name it will not appear on the list either.
No, they just see you as offline.
The title bar in Microsoft Word typically displays the document's name along with the application name (e.g., "Document1 - Word"). In contrast, the title bar in Excel shows the name of the active workbook along with the application name (e.g., "Book1 - Excel"). Additionally, the Excel title bar may indicate the active sheet within the workbook, while Word's title bar focuses solely on the document. Both title bars include window management controls, but their content reflects the specific type of document being worked on.
Scroll over top of the persons name. The word 'edit' will show up next to their name, click on it, then click delete.
For most typical Word documents the extension is .docFor Excel workbooks (spreadsheets) the extension is .xlsIn general the file extension is the 3 letter/number "code" after the period in the complete file name that gives a hint as to what type of file it is. For example, in the file name resume.docthe word resume is the file's actual name and the .doc tells you that it is a document file.
Actually, you can't delete an AIM acount or screen name. It's impossible. But if you don't you screen name, just tell your friends to delete you off there buddy list and delete all your friends, and never use your screen name again. That's what I did.
