First open company (for security enable use admin user name and password)
At gateway of tally menu press key combination ctrl+f3 or right side button comp info
select menu item alter then select company and press key combination alt+D and accept it.
Otherwise you have to go to the data folder and delete to folder containing company id (containing only five digits)
You cannot get it back the company deleted once you delete it within tally.
