Sorry, but Apple does not allow you to do this. i was wondering myself, but i think the reason why you might want to do this is because you want to jailbreak it. Apple doesnt want you to be jail breaking ipad or ipods because it makes your warranty and stuff not work. so to stop it, Apple added more firmware (like IOS 4.3.5) so it enchances your device, but also make it jail break proof.
