Or if you own the file, you can copy it over by dragging it across.
I do not endorse breaking the law.

First you have to download the movie to your computer. Once you have done that, open your flash drive. Use the Launch Pad(if applicable) to open your Flash drive or find it on one of your Removable Disks in Computer on your system.Once the Flash application is open, select Explore (to open flash contents folder), then drag and drop the movie clip into the folder. You should see the movie clip copying into the Flash drive folder. When the movie clip has been successfully copied to the Flash drive, follow safe removal instructions for the Flash drive before exiting. If you do not SAFELY remove the flash drive, contents on it may be damaged.

You can not download the IMVU client to a U3 Flash Drive.
Depends on how many GBs your flash drive is. Can't hurt to try though. The flash drive will tell you whether or not you have to space to hold the programs.
Open up the Flash Drive from the desktop, create a new folder out of the flash drive, select the files in the Flash Drive, then drag-and-drop the files into the folder.

To download an e-book to your flash drive, simply connect your flash drive to your computer. Then, locate the e-book file on your computer, right-click on it, select "Copy" or "Cut," navigate to your flash drive in File Explorer, and paste the file onto the flash drive. Eject the flash drive safely and you now have the e-book saved on it.
