How do you download the adobe flash player for your IPod for free?

As of Dec. 2, 2009, there is currently no way to download the flash program to any iPod or iPhone device and use it. Adobe Flash is not currently available on iPhone v.3.1.2 OS or earlier. So playing a flash video or game will not work as of yet.

Apple have decided not to support Flash despite their affinity and past relationships with Adobe. You may, however, attempt to Google a SWF player substitute that your device may or may not support.

On a personal note, it's illogical for Apple to create devices so devoted to being online without the dynamic content Flash has provided for millions of websites worldwide. I can't see the WWW conforming to devices that use a new protocol. Wouldn't it be simpler to introduce new technology alongside current ones and have us decide which way to ease?

Apple can't always agree with Oracle or Adobe when it comes to add-ons and similar software. You will have to use alternative software on your device.
