Photoshop is easy to learn the basics and you can teach yourself from most any basic book about photoshop. At least if you have some knowledge about basic computer use in general.
I suggest starting with a book, cost less than $30 or get one at the library. Then if you have trouble ask specific quetions here as they come up. The question of how to use photoshop is too big to give in one answer here.
