Depending on the age normally every two hours, When I nursed baby mice they were still pink and hairless. Use a small eye dropper and DILUTED kitten/puppy milk. Whole milk like humans drink will constipate them. In addition be sure to keep them warm Preferably using a heating pad. Mice are easily constipated you must induce the passing waste by gently wiping genital area with a warm wash cloth! Hope this helps

It is generally recommended to wait until a baby mouse is at least 7-10 days old before handling them to ensure they are healthy and strong enough to tolerate being touched. It is important to handle newborn baby mice minimally and gently to avoid causing stress or injury.
A newborn mouse will be unable to do anything at death since it will cease to live. You need to be more precise with your question in order to get a better answer.
A newborn pinkie mouse is best cared for by a momma mouse. Your chances of hand-rearing it are very small. If, however, momma mouse is nowhere to be found and you cannot get a "milker mouse" from a pet shop, a pinkie mouse can be fed kitten replacement milk (or KMR) from a pet shop. It must be fed this every two hours, without fail, or it will die. Chances are, unless you know for a fact momma died, she wasn't far from her litter of pups. It's best to leave a nest of mouse pups alone. Good luck.
