To find the Task Manager on a Tab 2 310, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification shade, then tap on the gear icon to open the Settings menu. Scroll down to find "Apps" or "Application Manager," then locate and select "Running" or "Active apps." From there, you can view and manage the applications currently running on your device. Alternatively, you can also press and hold the "Recent Apps" button to access the multitasking view, which allows you to switch or close apps.

Access the task manager by: 1) Ctrl+Shift+Esc 2) Right click on the taskbar > Task Manager 3) Ctrl+Alt+Del > Task Manager Then: Choose the application > End task. If it's a process running but not shown in the Application tab, go to Process tab, > End Process.
For windows, CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Start Task Manager. In the APPLICATIONS tab, highlight the program and click END TASK. You can also start task manager by right clicking the task bar. From the PROCESSES tab, find the process associated for the program - highlight it and click END PROCESS. You can do either or, but sometimes killing the process has a greater effect.
Usually you can tell from your browser. It may have a tab, or icon indicating that a download is in progress. Another way you can tell is with Task Manager (assuming you're using windows). Bring up the task manager by pressing and holding ctrl + alt and then delete. In the task manager, there will be a tab that says networking. click that and see if there is a steady amount of network activity. This usually indicates a download of some kind.
In Task manager, click on the applications tab, click "New Task", type in exactly: "explorer.exe" (without punctuation marks). That will get it back! :)

Press Control, Alt, Delete. Alternatively, right click the taskbar and choose "Task Manager" from the context menu and you'll see the Task Manager. Choose the "Users" tab. It will list users currently logged in!
Processes tab
CTRL ALT DLT, processes tab of task manager, find Safe Eyes, kill the program. Restarts when you log off.
