You have to have a window crank remover, this tool looks like a U on a stick, and you slide this tool in between the the crank and the door panel and trip the lock pin, then the crank will pull off.

The One For The Crank Is Made To Remove The Lock Ring, If You Are Careful You Can Push Hard Where The Crank Is And Remove The Lock Ring With A Screwdriver But It Is Rather Hard To Put Back. The Other Tool Is Made To Slide Between Panel & Door And Pull The Locks That Push Into The Door To Hold The Panel On. Remove Panel, Put Crank On Turn & See If You Can Find Problem, Maybe You Can Lube The Tracks With White Lithium ( Grease from parts house ) This Might Help. You May Find Bent Travel Rods Or Slides. There should be a lock pin on the back shaft of the handle ,should be able to pop it out with a small screw driver.
