Yes, see the Related Link.
Drivers for the Lexmark Optra Color 1200 printer can be download from the link below.
From the Lexmark site download page. See link. Lexmark are not showing a driver for Vista OS which probably means Vista carries it already or one of the other drivers work with Vista.
Lexmark has manufactured a total of 32 different models of all-in-one printers. Some of these printers are capable of using their copier function even if not connected to a PC. All of the printers follow the same naming convention of an X (or, in two cases, a P) with several numbers after it, from the X63 to the X5250.

Search www.Amazon.com, the Lexmark X63 is affordable and is a quality product. Or look for the HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer, it is wireless and effective at getting the job done.

Drivers are usually found on the manufacturers web site. They are sometimes updated, for example when a new operating system is introduced, and can be downloaded free of charge
Go to the Lexmark web site. You should be able to download the necessary drivers from there.
Yes, all Lexmark printers will work with a Dell computer, you need to install the right printer driver software. The software will be on a disc that came with the printer or search the net for the Lexmark site and download it.
Go to http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0 Type in "X6170" where it says "Search by printer model" and click on "Lexmark X6170". Select your operating system and click on "Download now" on the next page Alex
