You will have to change the home page under settings or options on IE. I don't have IE on my computer at the moment, I have chrome which I think is a whole lot better, but that's personal opinion. Like I said, I can't tell you exactly how, but you should be able to find the home page settings, under the main settings on IE, if you mess around with it enough.

well on internet explorer go to favorites button then click history then go under the website and right click and press delete
When using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Microsoft Internet Explorer press the F11 key.
Note: Just open internet explorer and type website name on address bar. and then just press enter key.

Open your mhtml file in Internet Explorer( it usually only opens in Internet Explorer). Next, Press Ctrl+P, this is the command. Next, just proceed..... That's all.
Go to Internet Explorer download page (link is under this answer) and click Get It Now under the "Internet Explorer 8" title, then open the downloaded file and wait for Internet Explorer 8 to install.
When you edit the code you need to press the refresh button on the browser!
press ctrl+n you ll get a new explorer window
