Assuming you can't see the mouse (but the nose knows!), you can try opening air vent covers in the smelliest room and using your vacuum cleaner attachments to try to suck it out of there. You can keep trying vents to see if it's within reach, but if it's not, you will need to call an air duct cleaning company.
If you have any reason to suspect that there might be live vermin in there as well, call an exterminator ASAP, and follow up with air duct cleaning afterwards.
