Regardless of what the brand, the easiest way to gain access to the administrator account in Windows is to reboot the computer and hold the F8 button during the reboot.

When you see a meny appearing prompting you to choose a boot-up method you choose SAFE MODE and wait. When you get to the Welcome Login screen in windows you should have the option to log on as Administrator. If you are lucky that account will be unlocked.
