How do you get rare frogs on pocket frogs?

Though most people say they can only be as rare as the level you are, they are wrong. i am level one with a frog that has the rarity of 10.

You can wait until Christmas when they give out free stuff, or ask a friend to give you frogs.

When you see a bubble pop up that says if you download this app, you will lose all of your frogs, click accept or yes and you don't have to download it but just go back to Pocket Frogs as soon as it switches screens and your frogs will be gone. Thanks for reading!
