On a Mac, you can find old bookmarks in the Safari browser by opening Safari and selecting "Bookmarks" from the menu bar, then choosing "Show All Bookmarks." Alternatively, you can access them through the "Bookmarks" sidebar by clicking the bookmarks icon. If you're looking for bookmarks from other browsers like Chrome, you can typically find them in the browser's settings under "Bookmarks" or "Favorites." Additionally, backup copies of bookmarks may be stored in the Library folder under your user account.
In Firefox (as with most other Mac browsers) you access the Bookmarks menu by clicking on Bookmarks in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Along with the option of importing bookmarks,Chrome can also export them. They can be exported to Mac in opera browser.

Apple made first use of the sidebar in its computing operating system called "Mac OS". The original version of this operating system was introduced in 1984 and was termed "System".
