I believe you are referring to a home page. it is the page that you get if you access the web server without using a file name. example: http://www.answers.com would load the home page for this site. The DEFAULT web page is normally has the file name index.html.
On Windows you would first open your start menu. From there you will open your control panel and find the button on the first page called "System". After selecting that find the button called "Restore" and click that. You will then be able to preform a system restore. If it does not work make sure you are logged in as admin or your user account has local admin privileges.

That probably means that your ipod is full of memory so you have 2 options, you can either go to the search ipod page and search for the app that won't load, Or you delete some apps that your never use to restore some memory after you restore that memeroy your app should take the deleted apps place :) I hope I helped, Spail
you may be using internet explorer, howrse works better with Firefox. you may have not allowed the page to load properly before trying to go to another page.
