From the User Manual section 15-5:
1. Open One-Touch Speed Dial panel.
2. Press Data Registration.
3. Press Set.
4. Use N or M to select 2.REPORT SETTINGS.
5. Press Set, then use the N or M to display the item you want to set or
change.
The option you want is TX Report.
Flip open the button pad on the right. Underneath you will see a button labeled "Function". Press that, and "Activity Report" should appear on the screen. Then press the "Set" button to run the activity report.
One can find a consumers report on a Canon camera on the 'Consumer Reports' website. They have a number of reports on Canon models including the EOS 7D and EOS Rebel T3i.
