I cannot tell you about the older Call of Duty games, (1, 2 and 3), I can tell you, from recent experience, an Intel G31/G33 express chipset family card will NOT run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. As this game has similar graphical requirements as the previous two games, I can almost guarantee (90% sure) that these newer games will NOT run.
