From the upper toolbar select as follows: File - Page Preview
You will get a window and in a middle you will find a part called "Orientation". Pick what you want and it is done. :-)

You change your page setup.Upper toolbar - File - Page setup - Landscape.
Portrait is the default page orientation in Microsoft Word.
Click the "Page Layout" tab, then click "Orientation". You can then select either portrait or landscape.
In Mircrosoft Word go to the tool bar at the top. Click on Page Layout, then on orientation - then it has the option to click on Portrait or Landscape In Mircrosoft Word go to the tool bar at the top. Once you set the page to landscape, then you just type as normal and it will be printed on the page in landscape rather than portrait.
Select the pages that you want to change to portrait or landscape orientation.On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Margins tab.Click Portrait or Landscape.In the Apply to box, click Selected text.
In the Microsoft Word program there are two presentation options, landscape or portrait. The tab at the top of the page labeled Page layout is where you can find how to change the presentation.
In word processing, portrait and landscape are the way the page is viewed on the screen. If the longest side is vertical at the side, it is in the portrait format. If the longest side is horizontal at the top, it is in the landscape format.
