∙ 10y ago1. Launch the FaceTime applicaton " click FaceTime" at the top of the screen and select "preferences" on the pull-down menu.
2. Click the switch next to "FaceTime" to change the setting to off.
3. Click " Done"

There is no logging out of Mac Mail and no need to do so. You just click the RED button to close it out or click the word Mail and then click Quit Mail to completely close the application. Why would you want to log out and then have to log back in the receive your mail.
