Celsius = (Fahrenheit -32) * 5 /9
So you get the Fahrenheit and subtract 32. Then multiply the result by 5 and then divide by 9.
To put that into an Excel Formula, we could assume that the Fahrenheit value is in A2. Then you would put the following formula into another cell:
=(A2 - 32) * 5 / 9
You can make one yourself with Excel. Use the formula: Fahrenheit = Celsius x (9/5) + 32. Or just use the formula when you need it.
There are many signs used in Excel. Three of them are the plus sign (+), the minus sign (-) and the multiplication sign (*).
Well I don't really know how to make one with excel, but I know how to make one with word.Pumpkin carving contestName_________________________________________Age_____Name_________________________________________Age_____Name_________________________________________Age_____Name_________________________________________Age_____Name_________________________________________Age_____Name_________________________________________Age_____Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. In Excel an equation can be a formula. All formulas in Excel must start with the equals sign. That is what tells Excel it is a formula.
All functions in Excel start with the = sign. So you may be mistaking that for two minus signs. A minus sign will have no impact on an TRIM function as it is a text function.All functions in Excel start with the = sign. So you may be mistaking that for two minus signs. An equal sign because in order for the formula to go through correctly it has to have an (=)
the asterisk is used for what function when building a formula in excel
