How do you make a backwards h?

There are 2 ways to do this:

• Type 'RL' in lowercase like so - rl (it isn't great but it does look like a backward 'h').
• The Chinese (?) character 'ￖ' resembles a backwards h, but isn't compatible with all operating systems/browsers.
