The basic answer is you can't, at least not with easy 100% compatability.
However, you can try installing WINE on your Mac, which has good support for quite a few games; here is at least one tutorial: (http://davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/). Check out WINE's forum as well to see if your game(s) are well supported. (http://www.winehq.org/). Be warned, however, that this is not a magic solution; it isn't always straightforward to get a game working, you may have to mess with the configuration for a long time, apply various patches and even then expect occasional crashes. Read the instructions for specific games to see what's involved.
There is also a non-free solution, apperently, something called CrossOver games, but I'm sorry, I don't know anything about that.
If you really have to have 100% compatability, I'm afraid you'll have to look into dual booting.

Windows Antivirus 2009 is a virus. Whatever you do, DO NOT INSTALL OR DOWNLOAD IT. Use a trusted program such as AdAware or SpyBot to track down malware, and AVG for viruses. If you do install Windows Antivirus 2009, it will block the Windows Installer Service, preventing you from installing a real antivirus on your computer after the fact, making the program incredibly difficult to remove.
