I don't think you can as I believe "Crossover" is a DUAL video card software so you can link the two together for better usage. ALL laptop only have ONE video card, per se.

The newer laptops have a CPU based "video card" (your basically using part of the main CPU for video) that's used for every day stuff like browsing the web, checking e-mail, etc, as it saves battery life. When you need the power of the "dedicated" video card for use for high end gaming, graphics use, etc. then you can enable that one instead of the CPU one. They cannot be used at the same time.
