To prepare both myself and my client for treatment, I start by establishing clear communication about the process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Practically, I ensure that the environment is comfortable and safe, setting up the space with all necessary materials. Mentally, I encourage relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing or visualization, to help ease anxiety. Finally, I reinforce the importance of a collaborative approach, emphasizing that their feedback and comfort are vital throughout the treatment.
Prepare is to ready yourself for something. example: You'd better prepare yourself for the big test tomorrow.
If you prepare it yourself, you can eat what you like. It is less expensive. Also, when you prepare your own meals, you know what is in them; you can trust yourself.

Well, honey, get ready for a wild ride. First off, follow your doctor's orders like your life depends on it (because it kinda does). Stock up on healthy foods, get your body moving, and prepare yourself mentally for the emotional rollercoaster ahead. And hey, don't forget to pamper yourself a bit too - you deserve it.
