If you have a WikiAnswers account (only given to supervisors), make sure your email is set up as (whatever your username is)@wikianswers.com. I didn't have to do anything special to set mine up... just put in my email and my password, but if you need the mail server info, that should be the regular gmail information (like smtp.gmail.com), and wouldn't have "wikianswers" in that part of it.
