Usually all you have to do is select the picture, copy it (try Ctrl C) then paste it (Ctrl V) into your document. Or else if the picture is a file on your computer, you can go to Insert at the top of the screen, choose Image: From file and follow the prompts.
Right click and copy the photo. Then, in the Word document right ckick , choose Paste to paste it where you want on your Word document!
