To put staples in an electric stapler, first, unplug the stapler for safety. Open the staple compartment, usually located at the back or bottom of the stapler, by sliding or pressing a button. Insert a full strip of staples, ensuring they are oriented correctly, then close the compartment securely. Finally, plug the stapler back in and it’s ready for use.

Open the stapler's magazine by pressing the release button or lever, then slide out the magazine tray. Insert a new strip of staples into the tray, ensuring they are aligned properly, and then slide the tray back into the stapler until it clicks securely in place. Finally, close the stapler and it's ready for use.
Pull the spring loaded band out by the 2 looped ears and then remove the saddle that pushes the staples. Slide the staples in and place the saddle back inot the slide. Hook the band over the saddle and your are good to go.
