In order to delete or remove a toolbar from Safari, you will need to select 'preferences' from your Safari drop down menu. From there, simply click on 'extensions'. Highlight the toolbar you're looking to remove, right click, and click 'remove'.

Perhaps the item called Text Box in Word's Insert menu or the Text Box icon in the Drawing Toolbar will ease your confusion.
As yet there is Mac version of the eBay toolbar it will only work with computers running the Windows operating system. There is a version of Firefox for eBay trading available for the Mac (See links below).
