The best way - is to start Windows in 'safe mode'. If you start in safe mode, Windows ONLY starts the programs essential to getting the computer started. Once you have your windows screen, run a good anti-virus program. The program will either delete the malicious software, or isolate it so it cannot cause problems with other software and files.
