However, many e-mail providers allow multiple e-mail addresses,
so you may create a new one,
such that you may simply delete or ignore the old one.
If they don't allow multiple e-mail addresses,
then ask your e-mail provider to cancel or delete the old one,
and then create a new one for you.
Call or e-mail their customer support or help desk for assistance,
and don't forget to inform your contacts about your new e-mail address!
