The product key will be on a sticker on the case the discs came in. If it came with your computer, they often put the sticker directly on your computer. If you lost your product key, you will have to purchase a new one.

Probably your keyboard key is not working. Try to replace that key and try to see if it helps, else you may have to replace your keyboard as the last option...

The key and the ignition lock are badly worn. Try a different key if it doesn't fix it you need to replace the ignition lock.
